The HS-High Speed Variator is a further development of one of the most successful variators for 4-stroke vehicles. The design of the roller tracks results in maximum torque and top speed. The secret of a good variator lies in its ability to keep the power speed at the highest possible level during the gear ratio process. In this context, the HS variator is one of the best variators for 4-stroke engines. Even other well-known manufacturers are struggling here. Another advantage for all less ambitious tuners is that the HS variators are delivered already tuned. This version is ready to install for all 47mm and 51mm cylinder kits using the counter pressure spring supplied. 47mm sets should be run with 5.8g and 51mm with 6.3g. However, if other tuning parts have been installed, the tuning may differ and must be re-determined. Scope of delivery: Variomatic complete, variator sleeve open with speed control disc, coordinated counter pressure spring and 2 sets of variator rollers with 5.8 and 6.3 grams in the dimensions 16x13mm, coordinated for 72ccm (47mm) and 90ccm (51mm) cylinder kits.
